Dennis is an accomplished chef with more than 25 years in the Food & Beverage industry. Born in NY and has lived in NY, NJ and NC. apprenticing on the Jersey shore in local restaurants learning the basic's of classical Haute cuisine. Garnering 4 chef hats from the New York Daily News at the age of 18 Dennis also won medals at International Geneva Association culinary competitions.
Training under European Chefs Dennis' skills include Garde Manger, Pastry, Sugar Sculptures and Ice Carving. A true professional Dennis is always looking to advance his colleagues repertoire with hands on demos and continuing education seminars. Dennis' leadership not only comes from within but from the team he represents.. His specialties include Classical French and European Cuisines to regional American foods not to forget Nonna's homemade Gnocchi.
A Certified Executive Chef from the American Culinary Federation, Dennis has worked in a four star restaurant and Platinum Country Clubs . The philosophy of quality first and foremost has been the foundation of his success in building strong culinary teams. Menu's are influenced by seasonality and local favorites with a modern twist and flare for presentation.
