Dennis is an accomplished chef with more than 25 years in the Food & Beverage industry. Born in NY and has lived in NY, NJ and NC. apprenticing on the Jersey shore in local restaurants learning the basic's of classical Haute cuisine. A Certified Executive Chef from the American Culinary Federation, Dennis has worked in fine clubs in North Carolina and New Jersey. The philosophy of quality farm to table has been the foundation of his success in building strong culinary teams. Menu's are influenced by seasonality and local favorites with a modern twist and flare for presentation.
